|Recommended: YesGood place to live. — I've lived here since October 2006 and in that time I can say the staff has always been accommodating. I've only experienced bad neighbors once in six years. Maintenance is great, the office gets them to respond quickly and they do a great job. I'd say it's been extremely affordable which is tremendous given the changes/difficulties the economy has seen in the past four to five years.

|Recommended: YesVery pleased so far..... — We've only been living here at the Summit for about 4 months and I was really apprehensive since I've never lived in an apartment complex before. But I've been pleasantly surprised at how great it's been so far. It's quiet back here where we live and I've never noticed a problem with noise at all. The neighbors seem nice and courteous. The grounds are clean and well kept and anytime I've had a service request, it has been taken care of immediately. It's been a nice place to come home to.

|Recommended: YesGood value for the price of rent. — Based on my experience, the management is generally helpful and friendly. Recent roofing work has improved the overall look of the community. It's evident that the construction is not new, but the grounds are neatly kept. I might prefer some upgrades to the buildings -, i.e. less wood, more concrete; newer light fixtures and doors. I'm lucky enough to have gotten a unit with cabinet and appliance upgrades, however I've seen apartments in the complex with noticeably different (read: older) fixtures and appliances. I realize that upgrades and uniformity between units would come at a higher price on my end, so it's a dilemma on whether I would be willing to pay for more luxury. In regards to noise, I have been able to hear my neighbors when there has been excessive activity, but generally the noise level is to be expected in apartment living. Overall, the Summit has served as a great starter/first apartment for me. And water is included. Can't find that anywhere. :-)
|Recommended: YesA great place to live! — The office staff is fantastic and always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is attended to promptly and professionally. The people in my building always say "hello" as well. One of the most pleasant neighborhoods I've ever lived in!
As for the apartment, it is well maintained and in very good condition considering the age of the complex. Noise levels are acceptable for living on the 1st floor with an apartment above. No late night partying or loud neighbors disturb my sleep. I also work from home so noise is a concern, but it doesn't affect my ability to work at all.
Thanks to the very positive experience I have had I would recommend The Summit to anyone.
